5) If we have gold/ gil in stock the first time when you contact us to ask for your compensation, we can deliver it as soon as possible. But if you are not online and come to contact us again after a long time, we only compensate you according to the compensation standard of the first time when you get in touch with us.
If you order 1000g and we can't deliver your gold within 3 hours since we are out of stock, we compensate you 2% extra bonus =>20g. And if you don't contact us until 24 hours and we can deliver your order, we still compensate 2% not 10%.So finally your total amount of wow gold is 1020g, not 1100g.
